D’Art for Art

Love great art? Interested in adding original art to your collection? Enjoy food, fun and delectable desserts? Then plan to attend D’Art for Art, a biennial fundraiser hosted by the Women’s Board of the Columbus Museum of Art in support of the Museum’s special programming.

Established and emerging artists have donated more than 60 original works of art that were juried by art professionals for this event. Each guest ticket includes a “Chance” to win an original work of art. And because there is no limit to the number of works a guest might win, guests may buy additional Chances to improve their odds!

Guests can guarantee they will take home one work of art by purchasing the “Benefactor’s Package,” in addition to their D’Art for Art tickets. The Benefactor’s Package includes a special Token and a Premier Pre-Sale Party for up to two guests for an additional $500. Premier guests will attend a private party beginning at 5:30 pm, where they will receive the special Token. After enjoying champagne and hors d’oeuvres, guests will see their Token drawn randomly to determine the order in which each Token-holder will select one work of art from among all the juried art on display to take home that night. Tokens are limited. Premier guests will also have the opportunity to win more art after 7:00 PM with the Chance that accompanies each D’Art for Art ticket.

Tickets are $75 per guest. All tickets include one Chance to win a work of art. Tickets may also be purchased with check or credit card by contacting Women’s Board treasurer Donna Gerhold at 614.389.6663 by Friday, February 19. Tables for 8 may be reserved while available. Women’s Board Members please note: active member tickets are $125; associate member tickets are $75.
