Think Like an Artist Workshop: Special Guest Robin F. Williams

Experience an exclusive workshop and gallery talk led by acclaimed artist Robin F. Williams, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on insight into her dynamic painting process. Each participant will create a work of art using some of Williams’s favorite techniques. This special program is presented alongside the exhibition Robin F. Williams: We’ve Been Expecting You, on view from April 5–August 18, 2024.
Combining a masterful technical understanding with an innate sense of curiosity, Williams fuses practices from social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with references to early modernism, pop culture, advertising, and cinema, to challenge the systemic conventions around representations of women.
Tickets are $65 for members and $75 for nonmembers. Tickets include museum admission and supplies.
